About This Role
- Manage and deliver core banking solutions for essential banking functions including account management, interest calculations, cash handling, customer and product management.
- Oversee processing of trade finance transactions ensuring superior service delivery and risk mitigation for corporate and wholesale banking clients.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex problems, potentially creating or adapting new solutions, and manage small teams or work efforts within client or Accenture contexts.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 12 years of experience in commercial banking operations with core banking expertise.
- Qualifications: BCom or Master of Business Administration.
- Skill Requirement: Core Banking (Primary Skill - P1).
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.

- Experienced professional accustomed to working in corporate or wholesale banking environments focused on trade finance and risk management.
- Capable of handling problem analysis with moderate complexity and implementing or adapting solutions accordingly.
- Able to manage small teams or projects with guidance from senior management, interacting mainly with direct supervisors and peers.
