About This Role
- Lead end-to-end analysis and solution design for cross-functional technical projects focused on process optimization and automation.
- Serve as primary coordinator among product, engineering, platform operations, capacity, and change management teams to ensure alignment, informed stakeholders, and successful product lifecycle management.
- Document customer journeys and recommend process, technology, or communication improvements to senior leadership, influencing long-term digital strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- At least 8 years of IT industry experience.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and performing gap analysis with process documentation.
- Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM platform is a plus; experience with AI integration in work processes is desirable but not mandatory.
