Job description
Structured overview of role & requirements
About This Role
- Own and improve partner-related systems (Salesforce, partner platform) including data governance, pipeline attribution, and reporting dashboards.
- Manage end-to-end deal registration, partner onboarding, certification, MDF programs, and enablement functions with measurable operational improvements.
- Lead partner platform administration and migration, build recurring business reviews, and provide actionable insights to leadership on partner program health and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in partner, sales, or revenue operations supporting channel or partner programs.
- Advanced Salesforce skills including reports, dashboards, flows, and data hygiene; Admin certification not required.
- Hands-on experience managing deal registration, tiering, onboarding, and MDF programs.
- Work location: Remote (India) with strong overlap of US business hours required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with multiple partner types and stakeholder groups simultaneously, comfortable overseeing all partner segments rather than specializing in one.
- Capable of identifying and fixing root data issues independently, including enforcing attribution rules and data governance.
- Has background or experience with PRM platforms, platform migrations, or technical B2B/cloud infrastructure environments, preferably with exposure to US business operations.
