About This Role
- Manage and administer company-wide endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Google Chrome Enterprise, and other OS platforms ensuring security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Administer identity and access systems (Microsoft Entra ID), network infrastructure (Fortinet FortiGate, UniFi), and provide Level 1 and 2 technical support across US operations while coordinating with on-site technicians.
- Own IT asset lifecycle management, automation (PowerShell scripting), documentation, and process improvements to enhance IT environment security, scalability, and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Systems Administration, Endpoint Engineering, or IT Infrastructure roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (including Autopilot, compliance policies, app deployment), Microsoft Entra ID, Google Chrome Enterprise administration, and Fortinet FortiGate firewall management.
- Solid networking knowledge including VLANs, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, wireless networking, and PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Fully remote role based in India; must coordinate with US on-site technicians; Working hours to be confirmed based on US team coordination.

- Experience working in distributed teams with remote coordination and supporting US-based operations.
- Comfortable with established IT environments and capable of improving existing configurations, documentation, and operational processes.
