About This Role
- Implement and support Guidewire PolicyCenter including configuration, integration, rating, PCF configuration, business rules, and data model creation.
- Provide technical leadership and review offshore development work to meet client quality expectations and manage onsite-offshore coordination, including production incident resolution.
- Develop Guidewire Gosu code, APIs, and conduct performance tuning, ensuring adherence to security and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 11 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter modules.
- Certified Guidewire PolicyCenter Professional Associate or ACE certification is mandatory.
- Experience with application servers such as WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, or JBOSS J2EE containers is required.
- Experience with SQL Server or Oracle database and 3rd party platform/application integrations is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience executing complete end-to-end Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations including state rollouts and cloud development.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively between onsite clients and offshore teams for quality deliverables.
- Proven skills in technical leadership, troubleshooting production support issues, and knowledge sharing in Guidewire environments.
