About This Role
- Develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Python, RPA tools (UiPath, n8n), AI agents and APIs to improve global finance operations.
- Create AI-enabled features and data processing pipelines with measurable business value, integrating enterprise systems like Oracle Fusion via REST APIs and connectors.
- Own end-to-end delivery, including testing, error handling, and production readiness, while directly collaborating with global accounting stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation, technical business analysis, or solution delivery with strong, production-quality Python skills.
- Practical experience with at least one RPA/workflow automation tool such as UiPath or n8n.
- Proven skills in building reliable system integrations using REST APIs including authentication and error handling.
- Practical experience building AI or LLM-based solutions, plus ability to independently deliver end-to-end projects; fluent English; availability to work Central European business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in finance or enterprise platforms (Oracle Fusion, Snowflake, Power BI) preferably with exposure to accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, reconciliations).
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, Mastra), cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments, owning solutions long-term, and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
