About This Role
- Plan, define, and maintain computerized databases including structure, documentation, operational guidelines, and security controls.
- Manage database installations, upgrades, backups, restores, user permissions, and ensure database availability and performance tuning.
- Provide mentoring and leadership to junior staff while collaborating with Product Centre and Cloud Operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Practical knowledge of more than one database system/version required.
- Experience in database administration tasks such as installation, upgrades, performance tuning, backups, and security management.
- Ability to work with minimal oversight while coordinating with management for business advisement and obstacle removal.
- Work Location: Hybrid in Hyderabad, India.

- Senior-level experience in database consulting or administration with multi-database system expertise.
- Operates independently, providing leadership and mentoring within a technical team environment.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with product and cloud operations teams in a hybrid work setup.
