About This Role
- Define and execute strategy across three growth pivots: Services + Products, IP Revenue Growth, and Core Value Chain Reinvention, ensuring alignment with global Reinvention Services agenda.
- Lead identification and evaluation of profitable growth ideas and inorganic growth initiatives including M&A priorities, diligence, and value realization assessments.
- Act as strategic advisor to SCE Reinvention Partner leadership, manage analyst relations, and drive execution discipline across global teams and market development investments.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 12-15+ years in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or industrial technology with substantial leadership and advisory roles.
- Must have deep domain expertise in industrial, engineering, or asset-intensive sectors, and strong financial/business-case judgment including TAM sizing, CAGR analysis, and investment ROI.
- High proficiency with AI-enabled ways of working and ability to lead inorganic growth agenda including M&A evaluation and strategic partnerships.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional, global teams in complex, matrixed environments.
- Deep expertise and operating experience in supply chain, capital projects, industrial AI, or engineering R&D, with strategic perspective on emerging industrial technologies.
- Experience managing analyst relations and integrating competitive intelligence into strategic decision-making, especially for industrial or engineering services sector.
