About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Ripple Treasury implementations: scoping, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.
- Own and manage a workstream within client projects, ensuring quality, scope, timeline adherence, and risk management.
- Advise clients on treasury technology integration, vendor selection, and roadmap; contribute to business development and India practice growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of treasury management system implementation experience, specifically with hands-on Ripple Treasury or GTreasury from design to go-live.
- Experience configuring core platform areas: cash/liquidity management, payments, bank connectivity, and ERP/bank/third-party integration.
- Comfortable owning implementation workstreams and direct client interaction including problem resolution.
- Business-fluent English and willingness to travel within Asia and Europe; Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in corporate treasury processes including cash forecasting, in-house banking, payment factories, and risk management integration.
- Proven track record of managing complex implementation projects in consulting or corporate settings with client-facing accountability.
- Ability to translate client requirements into platform solutions and drive cross-functional team collaboration to deliver global projects.
