About This Role
- Lead connected service and field service management projects for clients in asset-intensive industries, focusing on improving field execution and service outcomes.
- Manage master data migration from SAP and Oracle into PLM platforms, ensuring data integration and end-to-end delivery with technical teams.
- Implement and support IoT-based connected asset solutions and field service management platforms (e.g., IFS, SAP FSM, PTC ServiceMax, Salesforce Field Service), including workshops and fit-gap analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-10 years experience in aftermarket/aftersales service operations including master data management, connected/IoT solutions, or field service management.
- Experience with SAP and/or Oracle master data and PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, SAP PLM).
- Experience with field service management platforms such as IFS, ServiceMax, or Salesforce Field Service.
- Consulting experience required; Engineering background with MBA preferred.

- Experienced in aftersales service operations with deep domain expertise and partial consulting background.
- Techno-functional expertise bridging business processes and underlying technologies, capable of global cross-functional collaboration.
- Experienced in Agile project management with strong analytical skills to use data and metrics for building business cases.
