About This Role
- Lead strategy development and execution for growth pivots in Services, Products, IP Revenue, and Core Value Chain Reinvention relevant to Supply Chain & Engineering (SCE).
- Conduct strategic analyses including inorganic growth opportunities, emerging technology trends (e.g., Physical AI, industrial automation), and market/competitive intelligence to produce actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured activation plans with clear ownership, milestones, and accountability for execution across global teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
- 8-11 years of work experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or industrial technology.
- Proven experience in market research, competitive intelligence, business analysis within supply chain, engineering, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong skills in strategic thinking, financial/business-case development (TAM sizing, CAGR, ROI), and familiarity with supply chain, engineering services, capital projects, or industrial technology markets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across global geographies, with ownership of executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Domain expertise in Supply Chain & Engineering sectors with knowledge of emerging technologies like Physical AI, Industrial AI, and digital twins, including inorganic growth strategy experience.
- Ability to integrate AI tools for research and competitive intelligence with strong communication skills to deliver senior-audience-ready narratives.
