About This Role
- Own scaling and automation of the data infrastructure with AI tools to enhance data delivery and replace manual operations.
- Provide high-level cross-functional support and self-serve solutions for data infrastructure challenges across executive, product, data, and design teams.
- Architect and manage large complex datasets and lead engineering initiatives including roadmap planning, code/design reviews, and team hiring/onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience in data infrastructure design, build, and maintenance with complex project leadership.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency in Kafka, Python, Scala, distributed computing (e.g. Apache Spark), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SQL/NoSQL, Git, Terraform, and CI/CD practices.
- Hybrid work model with 2+ days weekly in Bengaluru office.

- Skilled in managing data governance, security, and compliance frameworks for large datasets in cloud environments.
