About This Role
- Develop and maintain full-stack financial applications including web portals, dashboards, backend services, and APIs with secure multi-tenant access.
- Lead design and delivery of AI agents and financial platform integrations (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe) including AI-powered document processing for invoices and payments.
- Own end-to-end implementation: architecture, deployment, cloud infrastructure management, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and mentoring junior developers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development with ownership of production applications from architecture to deployment.
- Strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript (React or Next.js), Node.js backend, Python, SQL/PostgreSQL databases, API design, authentication, and background jobs.
- Experience with AI agents, third-party financial integrations, secure credential management, cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, and incident resolution.
- Production experience integrating with accounting, payment, billing, ERP platforms and understanding of financial controls, reconciliation, and sensitive financial data management.
