About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain integrations with CRM, EMR/EHR, and business systems, ensuring reliable two-way synchronization and transaction safety.
- Own appointment scheduling workflows, resolving time-zone issues, duplicates, conflicts, and synchronization across multiple systems.
- Lead full-stack development and infrastructure improvements, collaborating with CTO to translate priorities into technical plans and guide engineering team.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years professional software engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of production SaaS systems.
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills with substantial backend experience and proficiency in Python.
- Experience shipping and maintaining multiple production integrations using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, asynchronous processing, and relational databases.
- Practical experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, incident response, and ability to manage scheduling or transactional workflows with precise failure handling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex integration architectures involving secure authentication, data consistency, and transactional reliability.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams while remaining hands-on in coding, troubleshooting, and delivering improvements.
- Comfortable working with voice AI systems, scheduling platforms, and compliance-sensitive environments such as legal or healthcare integrations (preferred but not mandatory).
