About This Role
- Lead technical design, architecture, and delivery of advanced chat and agent-based AI projects.
- Write and maintain high-quality production Python code, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
- Advance AI coding agent integration across the software development lifecycle to improve engineering workflows and system reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in producing maintainable, testable production code.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic applications involving multi-step workflows, model APIs, and related tooling.
- Fully remote position based in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agentic system design including conversation state, context management, and streaming/asynchronous execution.
- Proficient in agentic coding workflows using AI coding agents as engineering tools for exploration, planning, testing, and code review.
- Skilled in mentoring junior developers and leading adoption of AI-native engineering practices within teams.
