About This Role
- Support day-to-day commercial banking operations including transaction processing, account management, and customer inquiries.
- Develop and deliver core banking solutions covering account management, interest calculations, cash deposits/withdrawals, and product management.
- Provide subject matter expertise on origination guidelines, perform moderate-complexity deal analysis, and deliver timely, quality work products.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: MCom or Master of Business Administration.
- Work Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in commercial banking operations or related banking domain.
- Skills: Knowledge of commercial banking operations, core banking systems, underwriting, accounting & financial reporting standards.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor comfortable working under detailed instructions within a team and reporting to supervisors.
- Ability to analyze and execute moderate complexity assignments with accountability for quality and timelines.
- Exposure to US commercial banking operations and origination systems is a plus, indicating familiarity with international banking standards and customized workflows.
