About This Role
- Own end-to-end Finance Operating Model, GBS, Shared Services design and implementation projects, including location strategy and transition management.
- Drive sales pipeline and proposals related to Finance and Global Business Services transformation and operating model engagements.
- Lead project execution, client conversations, cost transformation initiatives, and supervise delivery teams ensuring quality, budget, and timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Operating Model and GBS design to implementation projects.
- MBA in Finance or CA or CMA qualification is mandatory.
- Must have expertise in Finance Operations Transformation, GBS, and Shared Services operating models.
- Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and delivering on time and budget.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in business case creation, cost transformation, and sales pipeline development in Finance/GBS domain.
- Experience working independently with distributed global teams and ability to lead consulting engagements with senior clients.
