About This Role
- Oversee Records and Information Management (RIM) operations across 4–5 warehouse sites, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Lead and manage a combined team of Team Leaders, Operations Executives, and outsourced vendors to maintain SLAs and resolve client escalations.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and facility scorecards using MIS and Google Sheets to identify cost-reduction opportunities and optimize manpower.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of team leadership experience, with 3–5 years managing multiple operational sites in logistics or service industry.
- Graduate degree required; MBA in Operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and Records and Information Management (RIM).
- High proficiency in Google Sheets and Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting.
