About This Role
- Execute and validate retail banking transaction processing, ledger reconciliations, and account servicing to maintain operational accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial postings, supporting audit readiness and financial reporting integrity.
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and mitigate operational risk in core banking operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in banking operations or financial services transaction processing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with retail banking products, ledger posting verification, and financial reconciliations is mandatory.
- Must support India Core Night Shift hours aligned with US business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex financial data analysis and root-cause investigations within retail banking operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel advanced functions and familiar with automation tools like RPA, Power Automate, Python, or VBA.
- Capable of collaborating across teams and managing operational escalations in a structured, high-stakes environment.
