About This Role
- Own the handover framework to define 'production-ready' standards for AI-native deployments transitioning from delivery to production.
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities ensuring SLA commitments for AI solutions in production environments.
- Establish and scale AI quality assurance and operational security practices, including drift detection, benchmarking, guardrails validation, retraining triggers, and compliance across multiple customer engagements.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-20 years of work experience in production operations or related fields with AI-native solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems, agentic workflows, observability, and incident management in cloud production.
- Demonstrated experience in regulated or enterprise-grade environments focusing on application security, data boundaries, compliance, and operational governance.
- Location requirement: Based at SAP Labs India Innovation Park in Devanahalli, Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing scalable operational models using tooling, automation, CI/CD practices, and partner integration across multiple customer engagements.
- Proven ability to establish operational standards and mentor engineers within globally distributed teams and external delivery partners.
- Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills to work through complex problems and advance AI adoption and operational excellence.
