About This Role
- Own and lead delivery of data science-driven supply chain analytics solutions in areas like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Network Design, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, After Market, or Control Tower.
- Develop innovative analytics offerings and lead multiple workstreams, driving growth via new client engagements and upskilling team members.
- Serve as solution architect and business development lead by engaging with client leadership to design and secure buy-in for analytics solutions and manage Manager-led project teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 11+ years post-Masters or 8+ years post-Ph.D. with at least 7 years in advanced analytics solution design and delivery in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or production.
- Mandatory skills include deep expertise in data science applications within supply chain functional areas, proficiency in data science techniques (Generative AI, ML, Deep Learning, Stats, OR) and hands-on programming in Python, PySpark, SQL, or equivalent.
- Required education: Ph.D. or Masters in quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, etc.
- Job location mandatory: Bangalore or Gurgaon.

- Strong technical and strategic skills in applying data science and AI methods specifically for supply chain planning and operations in major industries like Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences, Industrial, or Resources.
- Experience in shaping new analytics offerings, client-facing solution architecture, and overseeing teams to deliver measurable business impact.
