About This Role
- Own UX, UI, and interaction design for Max Platform experiences spanning customer-facing applications, admin workflows, dashboards, and operational tools.
- Translate ambiguous product needs and technical constraints into clear workflows, prototypes, and production-ready design specifications.
- Define reusable platform design patterns and improve platform workflows using customer feedback, analytics, and AI-assisted design tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–10 years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise, industrial software, or complex workflow platforms.
- Strong skills in UX, UI, interaction design with a portfolio of end-to-end shipped designs including complex workflows, admin interfaces, and AI-integrated experiences.
- Proficient with Figma and AI toolkits, and experience designing for accessibility, responsive design, permissions, and operational usability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced designing complex B2B or industrial platform products involving multi-application workflows and embedded analytics.
- Able to navigate ambiguous requirements aligning product strategy, technical constraints, and operational business outcomes.
- Skilled at collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, domain experts and customer teams to deliver practical, high-impact design solutions.
