About This Role
- Own and drive the end-to-end release lifecycle across multiple products and global engineering teams.
- Manage CI/CD pipeline automation, build and deployment processes including GitHub Actions and AWS Cloud deployments.
- Coordinate release governance and stakeholder communication ensuring high-quality, reliable software delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years experience in Release Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Build Engineering, or Release Management.
- Strong expertise with CI/CD tools, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, and AWS Cloud services.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide release processes across multiple teams; work experience required explicitly stated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating releases across geographically distributed teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Skilled in continuous improvement aiming to reduce manual release activities, release cycle time, and improve SLA compliance.
