About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android mobile applications using Kotlin (Java where needed).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI, backend, QA, and product teams to build performant and user-friendly apps.
- Handle app deployment and maintenance on the Play Store, including debugging, performance optimization, and documentation adhering to SDLC standards.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 4 years of Android development experience.
- Strong expertise in Kotlin and Android Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation, Room, WorkManager).
- US Citizen or Green Card holder only; no sponsorship provided.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in Android development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building robust Android apps using modern technologies and architectural patterns such as MVVM.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a focus on code quality, performance, and collaboration across teams.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, UI layouts in XML, Git, and Android testing frameworks is preferable for success.
