About This Role
- Manage software release and deployment activities ensuring successful, timely rollouts across multiple environments.
- Support 24x7 production operations with ownership for system reliability and incident resolution.
- Drive CI/CD automation and cloud operations focusing on reducing deployment failures and manual efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, Application Support, or related roles.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and AWS Cloud services.
- Willingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing releases and production support in a global, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in automation of deployments using GitHub Actions, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Skilled in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure reliable, high-availability systems and continuous improvement.
