About This Role
- Own and drive end-to-end release lifecycle across multiple products and global engineering teams.
- Manage release planning, build/deployment automation, CI/CD pipeline including GitHub Actions, and release governance.
- Lead AWS cloud deployment strategies ensuring high-quality, reliable software delivery and coordinate with stakeholders globally.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in Release Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Build Engineering, or Release Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Release Management, CI/CD tools, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, and AWS Cloud services.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide release processes across multiple teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-team, global release operations with emphasis on automation and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Git-based workflows, cloud deployment strategies (AWS), and release orchestration platforms.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and improving key release KPIs such as release cycle time, SLA compliance, and MTTR reduction.
