About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Python AI services using FastAPI for chat, search, and retrieval agent workflows.
- Build and optimize intelligent agents with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, integrating vector databases (Qdrant, Milvus) for embeddings and hybrid search.
- Monitor and enhance agent performance focusing on reliability, latency, cost-efficiency, and scalability in production environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python backend development expertise.
- 1–2+ years of experience deploying and maintaining ML/AI systems in production beyond research or POC.
- Proficiency in NLP, Retrieval Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector DBs (Qdrant, Milvus), LangChain and/or LlamaIndex, LangSmith.
- Experience with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and designing APIs in microservices architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and scaling AI systems that interact with LLMs and vector databases for production applications.
- Skilled in prompt engineering and systematic agent testing with knowledge of LangSmith evaluation and tracing.
- Able to deliver clean, maintainable code and robust API services within microservices backend systems.
