About This Role
- Lead and own the Azure cloud platform, developer experience (DevX), and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve engineering efficiency, quality, and delivery speed.
- Define platform engineering vision, roadmap, implement cloud governance, SRE standards, and self-service platform capabilities for application engineering teams.
- Manage and develop multiple sub-teams (Cloud Platform, DevX, SRE & Observability), oversee talent development, engineering governance, and stakeholder collaboration at a director-support level.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
- 6+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including multiple teams or sub-teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure platform, cloud governance, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar), and CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar).
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years (explicitly stated). Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) explicitly stated.
