About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and cloud data platforms using Databricks on AWS or Azure.
- Implement data transformation logic, quality checks, and develop data warehouse schemas enabling reliable analytics and reporting.
- Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, ensure compliance with data governance and collaborate across teams for business-aligned data solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in Data Engineering role.
- B.Tech/BE or equivalent technical degree.
- Strong skills in Python and SQL, hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS or Azure and Databricks (or similar frameworks).
- Experience with Airflow, Git, data quality practices, plus client, stakeholder and team management experience is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end cloud data engineering with ability to balance technical delivery and stakeholder management.
- Skilled in integrating data governance, quality, and DevOps/DataOps practices within scalable cloud platforms.
- Capable of working cross-functionally to align technical data solutions with business needs and managing teams in client-facing environments.
