About This Role
- Own and grow existing key BFSI (Lending & Specialty Finance) client accounts to drive repeat business and long-term engagement, including identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Lead and manage delivery teams of 10+ members to ensure high-quality project execution, client satisfaction, and profitable project delivery.
- Support business development activities such as proposal development and pre-sales, while managing strong client relationships and industry networking.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business research, consulting, or data services within BFSI, Lending, or Specialty Finance industries in leadership or management roles.
- Deep domain expertise in BFSI, specifically lending and specialty finance segments.
- Proven track record managing senior stakeholder relationships and driving account growth.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years in relevant BFSI sector roles.
