About This Role
- Lead discovery and requirements elicitation for lending, deposits, and pricing capabilities within Commercial/Corporate Banking.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog collaboratively in an Agile environment, ensuring delivery teams have clear, buildable, and testable requirements.
- Support functional validation including UAT planning and defect resolution to ensure delivered solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years overall industry experience with 5+ years hands-on Business Analysis in lending.
- Strong functional knowledge of Banking/Financial Services, specifically Commercial or Corporate Banking including lending, deposits, and pricing.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years overall, 5+ years in Business Analysis with lending experience explicitly stated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end business and customer journey analysis including system integrations and API/data flow analysis.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and running discovery workshops to clarify complex banking needs into actionable user stories.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with cross-functional Agile teams including Product, Engineering, Architecture, and QA to deliver fit-for-purpose banking solutions.
