About This Role
- Lead implementation and extension of Teciem (ex Finastra) Risk Management solutions for both internal projects and client engagements.
- Analyze and configure Fusion Risk ARC software to meet diverse business requirements including ALM, FTP, various Basel regulations, IFRS9, and regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate user testing, validate requirements with business experts, and resolve project dependencies to ensure delivery of compliant risk management solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant experience with in-depth business knowledge in ALM, FTP, IRRBB, Basel Credit, Operational and Market Risk, Basel Liquidity Risk, IFRS9, and regulatory reporting.
- Proven hands-on experience with Finastra ARC or similar regulatory risk technologies like Moody's, FIS, OFSAA.
- Strong understanding of trading and banking book products as well as vendor-specific market risk and credit risk software.
- English language proficiency at B2 (Upper Intermediate) level.

- Experienced in managing regulatory risk projects involving multiple Basel frameworks and IFRS9 compliance.
- Skilled in business and systems analysis within banking regulatory environments with strong client interaction capabilities.
- Proficient in applying technology solutions to complex risk management problems, including SQL knowledge for data analysis.
