About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation and management of SAP FICO module including finance domain expertise.
- Define and execute SAP project plans including SAP ECC project execution and operations management covering incident/request handling, deployments, SLAs, and reporting.
- Manage stakeholder relationships in Finance and HR domains, oversee QA processes including test plan definition and execution for SAP projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in SAP domain required.
- Minimum 5 years experience in SAP project execution, specifically SAP ECC mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years experience in SAP operations including SAP maintenance, SLA definition and operation statistics reporting.
- Expert knowledge in SAP FICO finance modules (AP, AR, G/L, Cost center Accounting) and stakeholder management in Finance/HR domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both SAP project execution and operational management with strong end-to-end understanding of SAP architecture and ability to propose architectural changes.
- Proficient in handling both technical (high-level ABAP and Basis understanding) and non-technical aspects including working with end users and managing QA/testing.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex SAP FICO implementations and stakeholder expectations in Finance and HR environments.
