About This Role
- Own governance processes, financial management, and operational performance oversight of HSBC Technology portfolios.
- Deliver accurate management information, financial analysis, resource allocation tracking, and exception reporting to support senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to identify risks, monitor portfolio health, drive corrective actions, and maintain portfolio transparency.
Minimum Requirements
- Significant experience in PMO, technology portfolio management, business or financial governance, or operational management.
- Experience in management information reporting, KPI monitoring, data analysis, and executive-level reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with enterprise reporting, analytics, and portfolio management tools.
- Work Experience Required: Significant experience in relevant PMO/technology/financial governance roles (exact years not specified).

- Experienced in complex technology or financial services environments with portfolio or program oversight responsibilities.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, escalation, and coordination across multiple functions and senior levels.
