About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable software frameworks using Java or Python focused on Data & cloud-native platforms.
- Lead architecture and governance of agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows to enhance delivery speed, code quality, and operational outcomes, including defining security and validation guardrails.
- Provide technical expertise and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders on best practices, standards, and emerging technologies within Finance Technology.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of overall technology experience with at least 10+ years relevant experience in software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Java or Python programming and practical experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience with Data and cloud-native platforms, including practical cloud native experience.
- Proven experience designing and leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled development workflows with focus on validation, security, auditability, and data sensitivity.

- Candidate operates at senior technical leadership level with strong ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders and executives.
- Deep expertise in Java or Python development combined with knowledge and application of secure, responsible AI practices in software engineering.
- Experience working in or with agile teams, comfortable leading innovation around AI-assisted development within financial technology environments.
