About This Role
- Deliver accurate, visually compelling reports, dashboards, and insights to evaluate and drive business performance.
- Design and implement analytical solutions using SQL, Python, Tableau, and big-data platforms to support business objectives and automate reporting processes.
- Manage end-to-end analytics projects including data exploration, insight generation, and communication with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and performance tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, strategy, operations, or program management (financial services or technology preferred).
- Post-graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Management preferred.
- Strong hands-on skills in SQL, Hive, Python, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experienced in driving data-driven performance management and delivering business insights in complex enterprise settings.
- Skilled at managing analytics projects end-to-end with a strategic approach to problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
- Familiar with B2B payments, sales, procurement, or accounts payable data and uses automation, predictive analytics, or GenAI to enhance reporting effectiveness.
