About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of ACBS-related applications and loan servicing workflows, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for batch services, APIs, integrations, and core servicing capabilities, with focus on reliability and root-cause remediation.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and team effectiveness while ensuring secure coding and firmwide compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Expert proficiency in CLP, CLLE, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, free-format RPG, LANSA, and Visual LANSA IDE development.
- Experience with IBM MQ, CDC Replication, InfoSphere CDC/IIDR or equivalent technologies for implementation, support, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate AI outputs and maintain secure coding standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full SDLC delivery of production-grade solutions within globally distributed technology teams, capable of end-to-end application feature support and optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills using IBM iSeries tools (STRDBG, STRISDB, job logs, Visual Explain) and a deep understanding of IBM i system performance tuning.
- Knowledgeable about commercial loan servicing ecosystems (e.g., ACBS) and controls-driven environments, preferably in financial services, with familiarity in CI/CD and automation pipelines.
