About This Role
- Lead front-end software development teams through all phases of Agile lifecycle to deliver high-performance user experiences at scale for over 60 million customers.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers, including code review of AI-assisted outputs, and lead responsible adoption of AI coding assistants within regulated financial services constraints.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to develop and maintain user-friendly web applications using modern technologies (TypeScript, React, Redux).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years full stack development experience focused on JavaScript/React OR High School Diploma/GED with 7 years experience in same.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Redux, CSS, and testing frameworks like RTL or Cypress.
- Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) regularly as part of development workflow.
- Work timings require availability between 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM EST (approximately 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST), with flexible hours outside this window.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading Agile development teams in a regulated financial services environment at scale.
- Demonstrates knowledge of AI-native development concepts (RAG, vector DBs, MCP, agent orchestration) and can operationalize AI tools effectively and responsibly.
- Strong background in front-end architecture including Micro Frontend, accessibility (ADA), analytics, and integrating third-party software in production.
