About This Role
- Lead and coach entry- to mid-level software engineers delivering Java-based distributed platforms and AI-assisted engineering solutions.
- Own key decisions affecting resources, budget, tactical operations, and process implementation, driving efficiency and functionality improvements.
- Set and scale operating practices for AI-assisted software development lifecycle (SDLC) automation across multiple teams, enforcing measurable objectives and secure, reliable delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years leading software teams.
- 5+ years applied software engineering experience plus 2+ years leading technologists on complex technical problems.
- Hands-on expertise in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot), RESTful API design, and distributed services.
- Experience leading adoption of enterprise AI-assisted development tools with governance and security controls.
