About This Role
- Design and build production-scale AI workflows and agents applying Generative AI to enterprise data for actionable insights.
- Integrate Generative AI and Large Language Models into applications, dashboards, and APIs, ensuring explainability and reliability.
- Validate AI outputs against business needs and iterate solutions based on performance and user feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in software engineering, AI, or applied machine learning roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Generative AI, LLMs, agent-based frameworks, and backend development.
- Experience with RAG implementation, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, prompt design, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and vector search integration.
- Work Experience Required: 6-9 years in relevant roles.
- Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid; 3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building AI-powered features or products integrated into enterprise data and analytics platforms.
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in Generative AI toolchains and API integrations.
- Able to translate business/data problems into scalable, explainable AI solutions and comfortable troubleshooting production AI systems.
