About This Role
- Drive strategic initiatives and business transformations to enhance supply chain performance using advanced analytics.
- Architect, design, build, deploy, and monitor advanced analytics models for supply chain planning functions such as demand, supply, procurement, inventory, and spares planning.
- Engage with clients to translate business challenges into analytics solutions, collaborate across teams, and contribute to sales and innovation in supply chain analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-14 years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning and operations in industries like CPG, Life sciences, Pharma, Industrial, or Resources.
- Hands-on experience with advanced analytics including machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and model building.
- Proficient in programming and analytics tools such as Python, PySpark, SQL, Big Data tools, and visualization platforms like PowerBI/Tableau.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in supply chain operations combined with strong data science and advanced analytics skills.
- Experience in supply chain functions like demand planning, inventory planning, S&OP, or logistics planning with ability to deliver actionable insights.
- Ability to interface directly with clients, architect analytics solutions, and lead innovation in supply chain planning technologies.
