About This Role
- Drive operational governance and service excellence across global HR Shared Services for Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.
- Serve as senior subject matter expert for complex global HR operations and employee lifecycle transactions ensuring SLA adherence and compliance.
- Lead process improvements, operational audits, risk mitigation, system enhancements, and promote automation to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-12 years of relevant experience in HR Operations within Global HR Shared Services.
- Strong expertise in Hire-to-Retire processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with enterprise HR platforms and advanced data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Office-based position in NCR/Gurugram, India with willingness to work flexible night shifts across IST/CET/EST business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex HR operational governance across multiple geographies in a matrixed global environment.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration with HR leadership, COEs, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements, change management, and use HR technology platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (preferred).
