About This Role
- Own end-to-end contract governance and revenue billing accuracy, aiming for 100% billing precision across products, geographies, and customer segments.
- Drive operational excellence in contract lifecycle management, billing operations, dispute prevention, and revenue assurance with measurable KPIs and audit readiness.
- Lead and develop a multi-layer team responsible for contract operations, billing, and revenue assurance, ensuring continuous process improvements and industry best practices adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 16 to 25 years of progressive leadership experience in Contract Management, Billing Operations, Revenue Assurance, Order-to-Cash, or Finance Operations in complex B2B environments.
- Qualification: CA Inter mandatory.
- Proven experience leading large teams and delivering measurable improvements in billing accuracy and dispute reduction.
- Strong systems proficiency with CLM, billing, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Zuora).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expert in interpreting and operationalizing complex commercial contracts including MSAs, SOWs, pricing models, and billing triggers.
- Experienced in establishing and maintaining strong governance and controls framework in audit-driven environments (SOX, ICFR, internal/external audits).
- Skilled at cross-functional stakeholder management and executive-level communication, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and driving zero-defect billing outcomes.
