About This Role
- Lead onboarding and migration of Pre-Trade datasets into Tradevault, ensuring data standardization, control, and completeness.
- Manage migration of surveillance and trading data feeds from legacy systems (Macro Kdb, SAGE) to Tradevault, enabling decommissioning of old platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Surveillance, and Technology teams to deliver governed, high-quality, and accessible data solutions, tracking progress and reporting risks.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in business solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or related field.
- Experience in data analytics including advanced database query skills and data visualization.
- Demonstrated use of enterprise-authorized AI in solutions analysis workflows with strong validation and awareness of data sensitivity.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional technical programs with multiple stakeholders in finance or related domain.
- Proven ability to lead data migration and control initiatives in trading, surveillance, or regulatory data environments.
- Strong collaborator with skill coordinating between business users, project managers, and developers to ensure alignment on technical delivery and compliance.
