About This Role
- Own end-to-end contract-to-cash governance including contract interpretation, billing execution, and revenue protection.
- Manage billing delivery adhering to SLAs covering invoicing cycles, adjustments, and credit/debit notes with a focus on invoice accuracy and reducing disputes.
- Lead stakeholder management including client escalations, internal/external audits, and collaboration with sales and finance teams for billing health and risk communication.
Minimum Requirements
- 14 to 18 years of experience in billing operations, contract management, revenue operations, or finance operations.
- Qualification: CA Inter mandatory.
- Experience managing large teams and cross-functional programs (5+ years leadership).
- Knowledge of internal controls, audit readiness (SOX preferred), and billing systems such as ERP (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and billing platforms (Zuora/Amdocs/Aria).

- Demonstrated expertise in contract-to-cash, billing operations, contract governance, pricing models, and revenue assurance.
- Proven ability to lead large teams with strong ownership of billing accuracy, dispute management, and audit compliance.
- Experience operating in complex finance operations environments with strong stakeholder management skills and capability to influence executive leadership.
