About This Role
- Architect, design, build, deploy, and monitor advanced analytics models for supply chain planning and operations (asset reliability, maintenance, supply, procurement, inventory, spares, quality, process analytics, simulation, optimization, demand planning).
- Translate client engineering/business problems into analytics solutions driving operational improvements and insights for action.
- Collaborate internally to support sales and innovate in tools, technology, and solution development for supply chain planning and asset accelerators.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 9+ years experience in industrial/manufacturing/consulting with at least 5 years in supply chain/manufacturing advanced analytics design and delivery.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial/Production/Statistics/Economics and master's in Statistics/Economics/Operations Management/Supply Chain/Data Science.
- Mandatory skills: Strong understanding of supply chain planning and operations, hands-on AI/ML/deep learning/gen AI modeling, programming experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, big data tools, PowerBI/Tableau.
- Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, or Mumbai. Certifications in Python, AI/ML, Optimization, Simulation, or cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS) are a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in supply chain planning functions such as demand planning, inventory planning, SOP, or logistics planning with experience in multiple industries (CPG, Life sciences, Pharma, Industrial, Resources).
- Strong hands-on applied data science skills including advanced analytics model building using machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI approaches.
- Experience working with complex analytics tools, data ingestion, visualization platforms, and exposure to supply chain software tools (e.g., Anaplan, o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP) indicating ability to drive innovative analytic solutions.
