About This Role
- Support asset, liability, and digital operations by assessing operational activities and monitoring process controls.
- Identify operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements across customer account onboarding and maintenance.
- Provide analytical inputs to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes, while meeting turnaround times and data accuracy standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of experience in related functions.
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in any specialization.
- Experience in processing onboarding and maintenance of individual and non-individual customer accounts according to approved procedures.
- Work Experience Required: 1 to 5 years in related functions.
