About This Role
- Lead regional execution of post-merger integration aligned with global milestones across APAC.
- Manage project plans, RAID logs, risks, issues, and dependencies while coordinating global cross-functional teams.
- Provide governance reporting, drive stakeholder accountability, and support change management activities including communications and training.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience in large-scale transformation or integration programs.
- Proven hands-on experience in post-merger integration and business process alignment.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant domain; Location: Remote (India).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing Integration Management Office (IMO) functions and driving governance across global teams.
- Skilled in coordinating with multi-geography stakeholders, especially across APAC and US Eastern Time zones.
- Strong background in business process integration, stakeholder management, and organizational change management activities.
