About This Role
- Provide end-to-end application support for Dispatcher Warehouse Management System (WMS) to global customers, owning issue resolution including high complexity and performance-related problems.
- Analyze logs and source code, debug, and troubleshoot application issues including database-related problems using PL/SQL and Pro*C.
- Collaborate with product development and other teams to request fixes, guide resolution, and maintain high customer satisfaction including impacting NPS scores.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Application Support domain.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System applications (preferably Dispatcher WMS) or Supply Chain domain.
- Strong analytical skills in PL/SQL or Pro*C with experience in code analysis and supporting enterprise applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically strong in database and application support with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently.
- Experience working in environments with direct customer interaction including communication of technical root cause and workarounds.
- Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and influence customer outcomes effectively.
