About This Role
- Manage delivery of Risk Engagement Strategy programs including Learning & Development, leadership visits, offsites, and communications, with full ownership of planning, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
- Drive AI Strategy for Risk initiatives involving AI/GenAI use-case intake, prioritization, execution coordination across Risk, Data/Analytics, Technology, and governance teams.
- Develop and maintain project governance, build dashboards and executive communications tracking delivery progress, risks, and value realization for Risk and AI initiatives, and support process digitization and automation implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Data/Analytics, or related field with 3–5 years project/program delivery experience in financial services, risk, analytics, or technology transformation; OR 5–7 years without degree.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years progressive project management experience, preferably in financial services, risk management, or regulated environment with experience in process digitization/automation projects.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive communication and Tableau or similar tools for dashboard/reporting development.
- Work Timings: 2:00PM to 11:00PM IST with availability between 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern Time for meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced project manager capable of handling complex, cross-functional programs involving AI/GenAI, risk governance, and process automation in regulated financial services environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to align senior leadership and multiple teams, maintain governance cadence, and escalate risks effectively.
- Proficient in translating business needs into technical requirements and executing AI-enabled solutions with measurable outcomes, comfortable using Agile tools and advanced analytics platforms.
